Marc R. Tiller, Esq. – Managing Partner & President
Marc began his career as a Claims Representative for Florida Farm Bureau Insurance Company, adjusting claims in Pensacola, Florida. After law school, he served for four years as General Counsel for Dycom Industries, one of the fastest-growing companies in the United States, in Palm Beach, FL. Since 2002, he has owned and operated The Tiller Law Group, which primarily focuses on business law and alcoholic beverage transactions. Accordingly, Marc has many contacts in the industry and is an attorney who understands and very much enjoys working with entrepreneurs in all areas of business.

Wendy C. Tiller – Vice President
Wendy began her career working in Human Resource Development with Ryder System, Inc. in Miami, Florida. In 2002, Wendy joined Marc to launch The Tiller Law Group and has significantly contributed to the growth and development of the firm. She uses her human resource background and business development skills to keep The Tiller Law Group operating smoothly, ensuring a proficient legal staff and a dynamic working environment.

Elisa Tidmore – Office Manager, Paralegal & Alcoholic Beverage License Specialist
Elisa began her career as a Legal Assistant for the Law Offices of Cross and Smith in Tuscaloosa, Alabama. After graduating Cum Laude from the University of Alabama, she joined The Tiller Law Group in March 2018. Since joining the firm, she has become vital in overseeing daily operations and developing the firm’s long-term strategic vision. Elisa manages the office and acts as a liaison between our clientele, Attorney Tiller and the various regulatory governing departments throughout the State of Florida. Also, in working closely with the sale and financing of Florida quota liquor licenses on a daily basis, she has established a reputation for accurately pricing quota liquor licenses and determining the appropriate loan to value financing options.

Gina Cunningham – Legal Assistant
Gina began her career as an intern with The Tiller Law Group. After successfully completing a five-month internship, she joined the firm as a Legal Assistant. Since becoming a member of the team, she has implemented her strong organizational skills and assists the firm in its daily operations, including, without limitation, document preparation, alcoholic beverage license transfer applications and working closely with the firm’s clientele to provide optimal customer service and complete client satisfaction.
