Mr. Tiller practices in the alcoholic beverage law arena providing counsel to the hospitality industry and alcoholic beverage retailers in the state of Florida. Mr. Tiller’s professional experience includes holding the highest legal position of general counsel with Dycom Industries, Inc., a publicly traded company listed on the NYSE, ranked by US News and World Report as one of the fastest-growing companies in America during Mr. Tiller’s five-year tenure. Mr. Tiller then owned and operated a highly successful corporate law firm and title company in South Florida for five years prior to dedicating himself primarily to the practice of alcoholic beverage and regulatory law for the past four years.
Mr. Tiller has virtually grown up in the alcoholic beverage license and nightclub industry. His father, Robert Tiller, has successfully brokered liquor licenses in Florida for over 30 years and has owned some of Tampa Bay’s notable beverage establishments. Accordingly, Mr. Tiller has many contacts in the industry and is one attorney who understands and very much enjoys working with entrepreneurs in the alcoholic beverage business.
